Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Earrings and personal care products are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
Process
To initiate a return, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup or advise on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
